Woodstown HS & MS Choirs Spring Fundraiser
ORDERS ARE DUE ON MONDAY, MARCH 17
Singers & Families,
We are participating in a product sale fundraiser “Snackin’ in the USA” that begins the week of March 2 and runs through Monday, March 17.
For this fundraiser, 40% of the sales will be credited to your student account.
In addition to the profit that you will receive in your student account, everyone that sells at least 10 items will be eligible for a drawing for a $50 gift card. For every multiple of 10 items, you will receive another entry into that drawing.
Smart selling tips:
All singers have received 1) a letter 2) the order form and 3) a brochures
Write your name on your order form right away.
Keep your sales materials carefully organized.
Ask potential buyers “Would you like to help support our choir program?”
If you have a parent or relative that can bring the brochure to work, consider having them do so. In the past, we have had students that have generated tremendous sales through their parents’ places of employment.

Do not sell door-to-door to people that you do not know.
General information:
Neatly complete the attached forms.
Collect the payment at the time of the sale.
Cash and checks are accepted. Checks should be payable to WHS Choir. We are running the fundraiser for both the middle school and high school through the HS Choir SAF.
Orders submitted without payment will not be processed.
Order forms and complete payments are due Monday, March 17.
Items will arrive approximately one month after orders are placed.
