Singers and Parents/Guardians,
It's our second fundraiser of the year!
We are again selling advertisements for our Winter Concert program. This is a great way for you to help earn money for your individual student trip account.
Review the information below and see me for hard copies of the advertisement form. It's also linked HERE as a pdf.
It's not necessary to use the actual form. If you email me an advertisement and then send in payment with a note, that’s fine, as long as we can correlate things.

General information:
Complete the advertisement forms and collect the payment at the time of the sale. Cash and checks are accepted. Checks should be payable to WHS Choir
Forms and payment are due by the end of the school day on December 5, 2025. I will be putting the program together that weekend.
Choir does not have a Venmo or PayPal option. You are welcome to personally collect via this option as long as you are able to send in corresponding payment via check or cash.
Smart selling tips:
Keep your materials and payments organized.
Ask “Would you like to help support our choir program?”. This is generally a more effective sales pitch than “Hey, we’re selling ads for our program”!
If you have a parent or relative that can bring the forms to work, consider having them do so. In the past, we have had parents that have generated substantial sales through contacting colleagues at their places of employment. If you would like extra copies for this purpose, please ask.
